importing mail-files

I'm using Thunderbird 0.8 with Fedora C2.
I want to try importing my old eudora mail from my ald windows system 
which is located as mail files on my computer.
However I have no option to import from file, and Eudora obviously 
doesn't show up in the import mail list.
Any ideas to how I could do this?
