Are you prompted to send feedback via talkback when it crashes?  The 
builds from ftp.mozilla.org should have talkback in them, and filing a 
bug with a talkback ID is probably the only feasible way of finding out 
more about this problem.

Unless, of course, you can reproduce it with a debug build and file a 
stack trace on the basis of that.
