Hello,

in Mozilla there is the Preference 
Advanced / Mouse Wheel / Scroll the document by / Use System Settings
that defines the scroll offset aka the speed of scrolling.

Is this a bug? I could not find any such system setting in my Linux
system. Am I looking at the wrong place?
