Import IE *.url bookmarks into Firefox

Hi,

I have a set of Internet Explorer *.url bookmarks from work that I need 
to import into my Firefox browser on Fedora Core 4. I have FTP'd the 
files into my *nix filesystem, so they are physically available, but the 
Bookmark Manager doesn't recognize the filetype.

Any ideas on how I could accomplish this?
