Honestly, I'm not sure how you can do it. I know -- This is a few steps, but import your IE bookmarks into Firefox on Windows, and them export them via the Firefox Bookmarks Manager, and import that file on Linux. -- Replace the point in my email address with a period to reply. ;-)
