XPSERVERLIST is not set. It should be set in some init file with lines
that for you probably should look like:

XPSERVERLIST=3D"`/usr/X11R6/etc/rc.d/xprint.sh get_xpserverlist`"
export XPSERVERLIST

I haven't installed xprint on any FreeBSD-system, but a correct port
should handle this. Maybe you just haven't logged out and in again?
