Problem with ActiveState Perl

I'm sure that you all know by now that activestate perl no longer has PPM for the gui to install packages. It is now web based. That being said, I was trying to find CGI.pm as in the documentation for the installation. I can only assume that CGI is fine because when you type the .pm extension it finds nothing. Is this correct?
