Perhaps in > this way we can fix the password issue. Those settings are stored in "data/params.json" of the Bugzilla install directory and can be easily changed using a text editor. Search for "mail" or "smtp" etc. That has nothing to do with individual user passwords, though. Those are stored in the database. The password to access the database OTOH is NOT stored in the above file, but in "localconfig" of Bugzilla's root directory.
