Let me explain what has been done: I have been able to successfully login to MySQL with the user name and password in the localconfig file and query all of the tables so we know that is correct. The ONLY thing that I can point to that may have caused this problem is that the windows server shutdown unexpectedly for some unknown reason. Since then no one can login. With regard to the email issues to do a password reset, this is also sudden. It disturbs me that no one can login. Would Bugzilla come up and ask for a user to login if the database wasnt connecting? Wouldnt we be getting a different error? I have checked the profiles table and my user name is there. The only thing that happens when it doesnt login is it comes back with another login screen and says Bugzilla needs a legitimate login and password to continue - regardless of what you use for a user name and password. We are NOT receiving any message saying that the passwords are incorrect. Perhaps therein lies the problem? _______________________________________________ support-bugzilla mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-bugzilla PLEASE put [email protected] in the To: field when you reply.
