I found something else, When I ran checksetup.pl it would run. I had to select a program to run it which was the PERL program. Seems that the association was gone. On that note I did receive an error when running checksetup. ./localconfig: Permission denied at Bugzilla/Install/localconfig.pm line 256 (data) Chunk 558. It also stopped at this point.
