Entourage is Macintosh only.  On the Windows side, the program with 
e-mail, address book, task manager and calendaring is called "Outlook". 
  It is and always has been a part of Office.

As to your first paragraph, I suspect you may be thinking of Exchange, 
which is their e-mail server.  It is a separate product, at roughly the 
cost you mention there.

You know their Mac offerings, but seem to have some holes on the Windows 
side.  That's certainly understandable; I had never heard of Entourage 
before your post.
