Outlook works with the Exchange server which makes it more attractive to businesses (not necessarily Big) that have Exchange server. But since it comes with Office, any MS person who has Outlook can choose to upgrade their e-mail from Outlook Express. And any other e-mail program is an upgrade over Outlook Express.
