Uninstall TB, re-install and create a new profile is the only way I know 
of to be sure EVERYTHING is reset to a default install state.  However, 
if you install the AboutConfig extension - 
http://aboutconfig.mozdev.org/ - you could then go through and manually 
reset to default every preference that has the "status" of "user set". 
Could be a pretty tedious process depending on how much customization 
you've done. It's likely to be faster to just create a new profile and 
migrate your personal data into it.
