Enigmail & gpg - complaining about 'idea dll'.

Hi all,

my encryption isn't working because it keeps complaining about the need 
to have the ideadll.dll installed. I do not currently have any keys that 
use the old idea algorhythm but it's pretty insistant.

Any idea how I'd get rid of that message?
