Well, yes. T something. It's a big company intranet with multi MBytes 
per sec capacity. Here are three tests I did all from my desk cube.

2MB/sec Mozilla 1.7.5 HP9000 C3000 HP-UX 11.0
750KB/sec IE6 Compaq nc8000 XP Pro
150KB/sec Mozilla 1.7.7 Compaq nc8000 XP Pro
