How did a worm enter my Mozilla ActiveX Control v1.7.1 directory?

Yesterday my Grisoft AVG deleted /Uninst.exe/ from my Mozilla ActiveX Control v1.7.1 root directory, because it contained the virus "Win32/Tufik.A". Any ideas how it got there, or what this worm is all about? I've had the Mozilla ActiveX Control for a long time (- I'm not sure whether it's ever used! -), but it was not until yesterday AVG shared an opinion about it, and I don't know if /Uninst.exe/ been there all along or if it was new in the structure.
