Not that I know of.  BUT, if I remember correctly (which is highly
unlikely, considering that its been several months since I have used
Windows), when you are prompted for a location, Firefox hands the choice
of location over to the operating system.  In the window that appears,
look on the left: there should be some buttons like, "Desktop," "My
Documents," and "My Computer."  These go to the obvious locations.  So,
although it doesn't _start_ in, for example, My Documents, it is only
one click away.

If that doesn't describe the situation well, I'm sorry.  Perhaps there
are some fun locations listed in the drop-down menu at the top?
