Technically, no, but DevMo may (hopefully) grow to be more than "just 
docs" -- I could see there eventually being /tools, /forums, /weblogs 
(still don't know if blogs are something we'd want to host), etc.  The 
main page may eventually be a Drupal or similar news posting 
system/portal thing that provides pointers into the docs wiki and so forth.

So, yes, we could get rid of the /docs/ part, I'm just not sure we want 
to.  If so, I think it's relatively straightforward...Dave just changed 
the wiki.mozilla.org to behave similarly.

We'll also need a language code in there somewhere, like 
http://developer.mozilla.org/en/.
