If we can get the wiki docs and the rest of the site to co-exist happily
at the top level (which may not be so easy [1]), then I think getting rid of
/docs isn't likely to result in any naming clashes. I doubt we're going
to create a new major documentation topic called "forums" or "weblogs".
We'll have one called "tools" but what you want to put in /tools, I'm
guessing, would fit just as well (or better) in a /toolbox, etc.

This is important.
[1] An heuristic that might work is "does the path have a slash in it?" --
since wiki heirarchies are done with colons.
