That's a very good point. I hadn't noticed that. (The pages mechanism is 
designed to allow people to extend Bugzilla with informational pages 
with Bugzilla branding; but I forgot we also shipped some pages by default.)

So I guess the right thing to do is to update the wiki copy, and make 
sure that all Mozilla project links to "Bug Writing Guidelines" go there 
instead of to the default, generic version.
