This copy ships with Bugzilla...

...and this is the Mozilla project copy.

So we plan to update the latter, and replace all links to the former 
with links to the latter.

I'm going to do a revision cycle for this document. dbaron: could you 
expand on what you mean here? I'll roll your comments into the new version.
