[Enigmail] [ANN] Enigmail 2.1 Beta 1 Available

I'm pleased to announce the 1st beta version of Enigmail 2.1 for
Thunderbird 68.

Due to several deep changes in Thunderbird, Enigmail 2.1 only works with
Thunderbird 68, and Enigmail 2.0.* only with Thunderbird 60.*.


Major Changes since version 2.0
-------------------------------
* A new simplified setup wizard will first try to find out if you
  already used encrypted emails before, and then proceed in the most
  suitable way.
* On Windows and macOS, there is an automatic check for updates of
  GnuPG.
* Interaction with keyservers has been rewritten from scratch,
  using Thunderbird-internal functions to access the keyservers.
* Autocrypt: implemented key-gossip and updates to known keys
* Key creation defaults to ECC (for GnuPG 2.1 or newer)
* keys.openpgp.org is the new default keyserver. Existing settings
  are not modified.

What Next?
----------
I'm planning to release at least more beta version before the final
release.The localization files on Transifex, are up-to-date such
that localizers can translate the new strings.
