[Enigmail] Problem while updating previous Thunderbird Beta and Enigmail

I observed a problem while doing the update:

 - Starting an old Thunderbird Beta 60
 - Letting it upgrade to 68 beta and restart when asked to
 - Hitting the Addons List, removing Enigmail and adding the new 2.1.
XPI from file:

Tells me the Addon is not compatible with Thunderbird 68.

Restarting Thundebird once again (with Enigmail uninstalled) lets me
install the XPI as expected.
