[Enigmail] [ANN] Enigmail 2.2 (Migration Version) for Thunderbird 78 available

In preparation for the upcoming release of Thunderbird 78, have released
Enigmail 2.2.

Noteworthy Changes
==================
As OpenPGP is now part of Thunderbird, this special version of Enigmail
only serves for migrating the keys and settings from Enigmail/GnuPG to
Thunderbird.

Enigmail 2.2 is only functional if you used Enigmail in Thunderbird 68
or earlier. Therefore, this release will not be available for download
from the Enigmail homepage, but only from addons.thunderbird.net.

As long as you'll continue to use Thunderbird 68, the new version will
not be offered to you -- you can continue to use Enigmail 2.1.x.

Future of Enigmail
==================
I will continue to maintain and support Enigmail 2.1.x for Thunderbird
68 until at least Dec. 31, 2020. Depending on the adoption rate of
OpenPGP in Thunderbird 78, I might extend this for some more months.

I will also continue to develop and support Enigmail for Postbox for the
foreseeable time.
