And let's ignore the similar riots in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, 
Denver, Chicago, and probably some other places I haven't heard of.

Peaceful protests and marches are OK with me.  How many people attended 
Marting Luther King's march in Washington DC years ago?

But when participants resort to burning, stealing, and other types of 
violence, that's not acceptable.
