Over 7 years ago, I captured the Moz dragon icon, possibly via IconJack,
an application that appears no longer available. (I archive all the
installer files of applications I install, at least until I successfully
use an update.) The background was somewhat washed out, so I edited it,
with either IconEdit (also no longer available) or Greenfish Icon Editor
(still available but not updated since 2017).

I edited it to increase the size of the dragon's head and to make the
background more vibrant. I saved the update as newHTML.ICO in my
collection of icons. I then used Nirsoft's FileTypesMan (available,
last updated a year ago) to make newHTML.ICO the icon for all .htm,
.html, and .xhtml files. This means I can now distinguish my HTML files
(480 for my Web site) from SeaMonkey software files, their shortcuts,
and Internet shortcuts.
