Since I don't have Seamonkey I'm not aware of any possible differences between Firefox and Mozilla proper. For Firefox, font settings are set in Tools -> Options -> General -> Fonts & Colors. YMMV. You may take a look at my home page http://users.skynet.be/antoine.mechelynck/ to see a page which (in my versions of Firefox and IE6) displays Latin, Cyrillic and Arabic text on the same page, each of them in at least two different sizes (in the "Welcome" title and lower down around the counter).
