Yes, that is where I would expect to adjust the stuff.

I don't see Arabic, but then I didn't expect to.  I do see Cyrillic, but 
they are all the same size.  I DO have different sizes of Cyrillic fonts 
on my system, and I can see that Mozilla can find them, but they don't 
seem to be used.
