which RTL locales exist?

bug 85420 (Need Bidi UI) is finally being worked on. the proposed fix is based on the BiDi UI extension (http://bidiui.mozdev.org), which adds two new options: switch page direction in the View menu, and switch text direction in the Edit menu. the current plan is to show these options only if needed, e.g. if the page has RTL text in it, or if the system locale is Hebrew, Arabic, Persian or Urdu. are we missing a locale here? are there any other locales/languages that will need this? -- Tsahi Asher Hebrew L10n Team http://www.mozilla.org.il
