Bad guess. It was about implementing the fix describe by shanjian in 
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=177505#c5

But this leaded me to

which was really nice, as it seems there are charset menu update problem 
with the fix I checked in for bug 236941
