FF ext - progrmmer for hire svp

For a long time now I have wanted a FireFox extension that does one simple
thing: 

**embeds the URL into the metadata ('comments' field) of the JPG image file
when it is downloaded, automatically**

Anyone think they can do this? Of course its something I want and thi is a
posting in search for someone to hire, but overll it for the good of the
community :)
