Firefox Add-on Developer

I am looking to develop an extension to Firefox similar to the
Forecastfox add-on(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/
398).  It is a small project that should take around 3-4 weeks for the
first delivery.  This will then extend on for 3-4 months to add
features that we desire.

P.S.  I am having difficulty finding folks who have developed firefox
add-ons before.  I have posted on Elance and Guru, but have not found
sufficient experience on those sites.  Any suggestions on where I
should look?  Thanks!
