Quick follow-up: there is now a page on the DEV server that can be
used to test the email templates (it's also listed in the resources
for the project in Pontoon):
https://fx-breach-alerts.herokuapp.com/email-l10n

You can click on the menu on the right to see the different
variations. The menu itself is in English because this is page won't
be exposed on the production server, it's only available on DEV for
localization testing purposes.

Note that the localized version of the website will be launched mid
November, and the current production version has an obsolete copy even
for English.

P.S. In the meantime, the bug involving [0] forms has also been fixed
in Pontoon.
