Restore Logins Add-on for limited list of locales (deadline: June 17)

Forwarding to dev-l10n, since it's likely the most relevant mailing
list for this add-on.

This is a one-off add-on created to solve an emergency caused by AVG
software, and we don't plan to add other locales. It'll ship on
Tuesday, and be removed from Pontoon after that date.

The list of locales is based on the number of users with AVG from the
Telemetry data.

Hello Localizers,

This project was just added to Pontoon. The following languages are
required.

*Deadline*: June 17 (code push preferably as early as June 18)

*Back**ground*: Saved logins and passwords missing after update to 67.0.2.
This means that ‘logins.json’ file was renamed to logins.json.corrupt for
some users of AVG product. The main users of the product are primarily from
the locales above plus en-US.

A SUMO article is being prepared at the moment. You will get an email as
soon as it is ready for localization.
