preferences not updating?

Hi I have had various versions of mozblog installed, just updated today 
from the site (4/3/03) but my preferences don't match the screenshot on 
the documentation page -- I just have "blog servers" and "ftp servers," 
not "blogger," "ftp settings," "local store" and "syndication tool" -- 
is there an old bit of preferences interface stuff hanging around in my 
installation?

I'm running mozilla 1.3 on win2k
