mozilla / Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x12fd6)

Hello, I use puppy linux (http://www.puppylinux.com/) and compiled mpluger-plugin to use with mozilla.

I tried both your last release and the daily snapsot (downloaded, May 24 2007 ~2:30 EST)

I'm using mplayer 1.0rc1 and latest essential codecs (Linux x86 20061022).

I get the following error on (for example, but not limited to) these pages when using the compiled plugin:

According to this QT post (I'm assuming you are using QT toolkit), the problem seems to be a result of calling a GUI update from a thread other than the main thread (sounds logical, I've seen this in other languages also):

In addition, I tested --enable-gtk1 and --enable-x. X works fine on those links above and all others I try, but (as you know) lacks cool controls. gtk1 is a mismatch with my Mozilla version.

I would just try to fix it and post a patch, but C is my worst language and I'm completely unfarmiliar with the code.
