mplayerplug-in now compiles on Fedora 9

I made a patch to mplayerplug-in (taken from gecko-mediaplayer) that
allows mplayerplug-in to compile correctly on Fedora 9 without running
the special script I posted eariler.

CVS was down at sourceforge for awhile, but now it is back up and I was
able to post the patch to CVS.
