Having clear directions helps me a lot, even if the problem is very complicated. Lets take an example. Look at this bug http://mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=4371 You will notice the detailed step by step procedures to trigger this bug, and that's exactly what I need in order to fix bugs quick, and not to hunt/trakc/trace for the issue forever. This bug was recently fixed *because* he took so much time to help me! I like that. I, in return, took al effort to please him, in fixing this bug, because that is how it works in a Open Source Community as MultiZilla.
