Reload all tabs

Hi,

I just noticed that you mention "Note: F5 currently reloads the active
tab only, but we expect this to be modified as well in a future
MultiZilla update. This future update will allow you to use F5 in
combination with the ctrl-key to reload all tabs."

Please do not use this key combo, please, please, please.

ctrl+f5 is already in use for forced refresh (in addition to shift+f5)

if I have misinterpreted this, please ignore me :) I just don't want
this 'fault' to develop in an otherwise great add-on.
