The XPI may have got corrupted on download.  If you get this error 
constantly, it may be being cached somewhere.  Try closing Mozilla 
and reopening it or even, *gasp*, downloading it with IE and then 
dragging and dropping the archive on to an open Mozilla window.

Note also that there's a new version of Googlebox (1.3) available 
which you may want to try.
