Looks like the problem is on mozdev: when trying to download 1.3 I get
Not Found
The requested URL /multizilla/www/xpi/googlebox/googlebox-v13.xpi was not found
on this server.

Apache/1.3.27 Server at multizilla.mozdev.org Port 80
