Localization

If I refer to HJ's comments that week on status page, builds 1.6.1.0 and 
up will be quality vs quantity.
Am I right to think there will be no major localization diffs for a while ?
Which version could be a good basis for translation ?
1.6.1.0x or 1.6.1.1a ?


I did not fill a bug yet but I still cannot install properly OSXilla 
theme :(( is it because i use nightly mozilla builds ? should I try it 
w/ 1.6 ?
