Opening in new tab vs. new window

I have looked through the menu serveral times and I'm unable to figure out how to change
this option.

Once I have Mozilla running (and have the MultiZilla plugin installed), if I click on my
shortcuts for Mozilla or the mozilla.exe it opens a new tab.  However, I want it to open
a new window.

BTW, I really like all of the extras your team has included in Multizilla.  I'm still
figuring out what many of the options do and find myself plesently suprised when I
stumble upon something new.
