Newbie - How to Install

Hi -

I have recently downloaded Multizilla - and found out it's an .xpi 
file.  Hate to ask a dumb question - but I could not find any info on the 
mozdef.org site on how to install into Mozilla.  I found how to update if 
already installed only.  Am I missing something somewhere?
