it means you have a problem within the chrome directory. 
Close SM, and remove the Chrome directory from within the SM 
profile.  Restart SM and reinstall Multi.  Did it work?

NOTE: When you remove the chrome directory, you'll lose all 
your other extensions and themes.  You'll have to reinstall 
those aswell.
