some extensions get installed into the program directory
rather than the profile. When installing extensions and/or
themes, you have to pay attention to the messages that
popup. Some will say "Do you want the extension to be
installed into some place other than the profile. Click
Cancel if No or OK if yes." Some of them can be real
confusing at times. If you click the wrong one, then it
might have been installed somewhere you didn't want them.

Anyways, when you install the next version of SM, it blows
away everything in the old SM program directory before
installing the new version. So, look through your profile
for the IEtab and Adblock files and look in the program
directory aswell. If they're installed in the program
directory, then you'll have to reinstall them when you
install a newer version of SM.
