imo, I would have to disagree with that.  I find that 
the forum at mozillazine is a pain.  For example, 
you've posted and someone replied, but you haven't 
checked in a day or two, and that posting gets shoved 
down the list by others.  So now, you have to go 
hunting for that posting.  I find it troublesome doing 
support with someone.  Trying to keep track of which 
postings, to which thread, can be, as I said, a pain. 
After a few days at Mmozillazine, I gave up.
