However: I *must* use Classic theme (or perhaps Modern). Normally, I use Skypilot, and the entire button bar is blank (dark blue) in Skypilot. XUL cache is OFF entirely. I will try turning it on to rebuild the cache. The Cancel button is working nuder both themes, however. Thanks for the return of the Proxy menu item, too!! Michael, do you have some quick css for me to use to fix the missing buttons under Skypilot (and probably other non-compliant themes)?
