Dragging tabs in tab bar doesn't work

Hi HJ,
looks like there's a lot to be tested after the renaming and moving 
code... ;-)

As the Subject says - dragging tabs using mouse around the tab bar 
doesn't work.

Expected behavior: it should be possible to move/copy tabs to different 
positions on tab bar using mouse.
