Re: Dragging tabs in tab bar doesn't work

This works for me with the latest nightly (rev 1.179) on 1.1.12 final on 
XP (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.17) 
Gecko/20080829 MultiZilla/1.8.3.5i SeaMonkey/1.1.12).

How I tested:
Opened two tabs
clicked and dragged one to the other

Expected results: the tab moves
Actual results: the tab moves
